Where do you ship?
We ship globally via DHL Express. All orders are tracked and insured.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders take 2-3 business days. International orders take 3-7 business days depending on location.
Do I have to pay duties?
For most countries, duties are included in the price. For some regions, you may be responsible for import taxes upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Visit our returns portal with your order number and email to generate a return label.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
